Dream Esscents blends are hand made and created to order. All scents are blended with the highest quality essential and fragrance oils. Fillers and silicones are not used in Dream Esscents parfums.

Mail In / Order Procedure
 
If you do not wish to order through the internet - or if you would like to place an order and mail in payment, you may do so. Please email info@dreamesscents.com to receive payment information.

You may pay using check, money order, cashier's check or paypal. Please note that orders cannot be mailed until payment is received and cleared.

USA SHIPPING

All shipping rates are based on standard (first class) USPS shipping to the USA. Please note that first class shipping can take up to 9 days. Although this is rare, it does happen on occasion. Shipping times are at the mercy of our US Postal service. If your package is not received immediately, please keep this in mind. If you need your order rushed for a particular reason, please contact us for a priority shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers (including Canada) must email me for a shipping quote based on weight and volume before placing the order. Please do not order directly from the website as the shipping is automatically figured based on USA shipping rates. I will send you a paypal invoice with the correct charges.

Dream Esscents is not responsible for any packages in possession/destroyed by Customs.

Turn Around Time

Generally, items will be processed and shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. Fast processing is a priority. Orders during sales periods will take longer to process due to volume. Please exclude weekends and holidays! 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of Dream Esscents products, we regret that items cannot be returned. Please take advantage of the sample program if you are unsure about a product or would like to try before buying. Free samples are included with full size orders. Please feel free to email with any questions. This policy is in effect so that items are shipped to you in original condition.

We cannot be responsible for misuse or any allergic reactions. Please test the items on a patch of skin before using the full amount to ensure your skin will accept the product. Dream Esscents products are not intended for ingestion.

DAMAGES

Any damages or defects must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving the products so that the situation can be handled appropriately.

PRIVACY POLICY

Dream Esscents respects your privacy and will never sell your information to a third party or any mailing lists. All information given to Dream Esscents will only be used by Dream Esscents for future emails and mailings. All credit card information is handled through paypal. Please note paypal policies regarding privacy. If you do not wish to be a part of these mailings, please contact us via email.
